Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
To create an account, simply click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” option on our website. Fill in your details, such as your name, email address, and password, then follow the prompts to complete registration.
If your order has not yet shipped, you can update your shipping address by contacting us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to track your shipment.
No. For your security, we do not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled securely through our third-party payment providers.
Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping location and applicable local laws. Any taxes will be calculated at checkout before you complete your order.
We currently offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping options and fees will be displayed at checkout based on your location. If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact us.
Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, some orders may be split into multiple shipments due to product availability or size restrictions. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.

Returns and Exchanges

We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product, and email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help arrange a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions via email. Please do not send returns without prior authorization.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it. Once shipped, we are unable to modify the address.

We currently do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. However, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page or contact us for updates.
